As a Free Spirited Gypsy Gal that lived the Nomadic Life for most of my Life... until my Senior years, I did just the opposite... and just over a decade ago settled down in one spot in a real house! *LOL* My long time Friends and Family were amazed that a Nomad such as myself could stay put... and I must say the wanderlust does tug at me at times even though I've come to love the Old House we're restoring. Shall I live here forever... can't say... but I do enjoy the Arizona Desert and have made this State my Home for longer than any other location I've ever lived in my Life!

Happy Thanksgiving from the Arizona Desert... The female has no red cap, but does have a yellow belly. My first woodpecker photos. They are both very pretty, I hope there is a male here - I'd like a photo of that red cap, too.
