The Big 95!

What would make me leave sunny Florida, and my sister to leave sunny Arizona, to go to Pennsylvania where it's cold and there is snow on the ground?

And my sister's girls flew in from Florida too.

Here's why - it's our father's 95th birthday and my cousin and her daughter are throwing him a big party!

They put on quite a spread!

My cousin made a beautiful collage showing all 95 years of his life.

Daddy and his two little girls.

My son and his family drove up from Virginia. I was really excited to get to see my little granddaughter again.

Here's the four generations.

Besides relatives and neighbors, there were friends there from the Camera Club and the Triumph Club. Gigi was in the Camera Club with my father and went to high school with me.

Here's the gigantic cake -

Rebecca's getting it ready -

For the 95-year-old wind machine!

"Hey Pop-Pop, do you think you can get me another piece of cake?"

I wish it had gotten all eaten, because it wasn't easy to take home!

My father is really amazing - still lives alone and takes care of himself. He complains that he can't do anything anymore, then runs down the steps and up the driveway to get the mail!
